KCI CD is Not Responding If you get a CD from us and it does not respond there are a few possibilities that would explain why it is not working. 1. You already have the latest version of Internet Explorer on your computer. If you already have the latest version of Internet Explorer, a message will appear upon inserting the CD into your CD-ROM stating that you already have the latest version. 2. You have received a bad CD. Occasionally, our burner does burn bad CD's. Simply bring it back and trade it for a new CD. 3. Your CD-ROM is unable to read the CD. If your CD-ROM prior to 1998, or is slower than 24x, it maybe unable to read our CD's. We use a CD burner to create our CD's and unfortunately, many older CD-ROM's cannot read burned CD's. 4. You have inserted the CD into the wrong drive. Yes it sounds ridiculous, but we have had on occasion people insert their CD's into a 5 1/4 Floppy Drive. Remember, CD-ROM's look like regular CD Players. |
