KCI internet services are compatible with MSNTV.  Unfortunately, we will be very limited as too how much technical support we can offer concerning MSNTV problems.  For the best support, any problem you are having with MSNTV should be reported to then directly through the following phone number: 1-800-466-7688. 

There is a thriving community of people out there on the Internet who create computer viruses and distribute them via e-mail or through malicious code in web sites.  Every computer needs to have antivirus software installed and updated weekly.  If you become infected, we do not offer technical support on how to remove the virus from your computer.  KCI also has a 'Protect Yourself' CD available for your use or you can bring your computer into our office, our technicians can work on removing the virus (see current brochure for pricing).  The KCI Acceptable Usage Policy releases us from all responsibility where computer viruses are concerned.

KCI does not support hardware problems free of charge.  For instance, if your computer cannot detect your modem, that is a hardware problem.  If you would like to bring your computer into the office for repairs, we should be able to complete repairs within 48 hours.  Only Internet access to your main computer or bridge and e-mail access problems are supported at no charge.  Also we only support Internet Explorer and Outlook Express.

KCI will not provide technical support for third party programs. These include programs like MSN Messenger, AOL Instant Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, software firewalls, etc. While there is no known compatibility issues between our Internet service and these programs, if you are having difficulty using these programs or they seem to disrupt your Internet connection, we cannot provide free technical support for them.
