• TV packages include one receiver at no charge. Additional standard definition receivers are $6.99 per month rental. High definition receivers are $9.99 per month. • Minimum 2-year contract. To qualify for free STARZ! OR Cinemax Package, must do a 3-year contract.• Bundle pricing is for any 2 services; however, an installation fee may be incurred. You will be advised at the time of sign-up if there is an install fee. • Allow a minimum of four business days for locates to be completed prior to scheduling installation. • You (or the owner of the property) may be required to sign a Right of Way Easement before installation can proceed. • Customer is responsible for paying for all required taxes. • Initial install includes: fiber installation, Ethernet drop to one computer, Ethernet drop to one T.V., single phone line connection. • NOTE: In order to initiate phone service you must have call forwarding on all current numbers and provide a copy of the first page of your current phone bill showing account number, phone number, name and address. DO NOT disconnect your current phone service until directed to do so by the KCI Porting Department. |
