Server may be down or is not responding...
Although it may indicate a problem with KCI's service, this is generally an indication of a problem somewhere else on the Internet. If you get this error message for EVERY web page you try to load for check to make sure you are properly connected. If you are still having problems then you should contact KCI Tech Support. If you're properly connected and KCI is not experiencing any problems that's an indication that the web site you are trying to connect to is either down, or that some link between KCI and the site is down. If this is the case, there may be little KCI can do. The down link is likely several "hops" downstream from KCI or it could be the remote server itself.

Cannot open the Internet site...
This message is displayed by Microsoft's Internet Explorer and is similar to “Server may be down or is not responding…”. Unable to locate the server...
This message is similar to “Server may be down or is not responding…”. It differs in that "Unable to locate the server" means that your browser was not even able to find the name of the server in on the Internet. If you see "Server may be down..." the browser was able to find the server but couldn't get a response from it. "Unable to locate the server" means the browser was not even able to find the server. This message usually indicates either a typo in the address you entered, or it may be that the site name you have is old, or that the site has been shut down by it's owners.

Page cannot be displayed...
This message is displayed by Microsoft Internet Explorer and is usually means you are either not connected, the page no longer exists, or your computer is having problems resolving DNS. If your computer is connected and you are certain that the address you have entered is valid, then it is a fair bet your computer cannot resolve DNS. In this event, please contact KCI about having your computer serviced. We recommend bringing your computer in to our office for a free servicing.
